What Is the Subclass 461 Visa?
The Subclass 461 visa is a 5-year temporary visa for people who are:
- Not New Zealand citizens, and
- Are the family member of a New Zealand citizen who is in Australia on a Subclass 444 (Special Category Visa).
It allows eligible family members to live, work, and study in Australia for up to five years
